Ata Kulaksızoğlu was graduated from Istanbul Technical University-State University of New York at Buffalo Dual Diploma Program as a Civil Engineer in 2008. After graduating, he started working for Mr. Günkut Barka, the leading precast concrete consultant in Turkey. At the same time, he was admitted to Bogazici University Master of Science in Structural Engineering program. For 3 years, he worked for many important precast concrete projects worldwide, from complex industrial structures to stadium risers and railways. After completing his M.S. thesis titled ‘Seismic Performance of Precast Industrial Buildings with Moment Resisting Connections’ in 2011, he gave Reinforced Concrete and Structural Design courses in Turkish Military Academy as a reserve officer. In 2012, he joined ATAY Precast as a partner. Within the scope of his work in ATAY, he was involved in tender preperation, structural design, production and construction planning of tens of projects. His specialty is structural behaviour and design of precast and post-tensioned concrete buildings. He is currently pursuing his phd degree in Bogazici University, working on an innovative energy dissipating mechanism to decrease seismic demands on existing or new precast concrete structures.
M. ALİ KULAKSIZOĞLU
Ali Kulaksızoğlu was graduated from Middle East Technical University in 1986 as a Civil Engineer. After having worked at ENKA Construction’s Design Office for 2 years, he joined GÖK İnşaat, the leading Turkish precast company at the time. He worked as a senior executive at GÖK for 7 years, after which he founded his own precast company AAS&ATAY in 1997. Since then, his company is producing and building precast structures under the name of ATAY Precast Construction Co.

Aleksandra Kulaksızoğlu was graduated from Zaporijia University Business Faculty Finance Department in 2009, and completed her M.A. studies in Kyiv University Law Faculty in 2010. She is a digital marketing specialist and columnist whose expertise is on design, architecture and history. She is responsible for our company’s communication strategies in Russian-speaking countries and digital marketing works.
